Today we remember and celebrate Dr. Michael Ross on his birthday 💙💛

Michael wasn’t just a brilliant sports medicine physician—he was a light in every room, and a friend.

Even during treatment days he found ways to stay active. He taught us that strength isn’t just physical—it’s how you carry yourself when life gets hard.

🎒💪 Load your gear smart—and let your backpack work with your body, not against it. Here’s how to do it like a pro (or a PT):

👉Load < 10–15% of body weight — don't overload it!
👉Use both straps — balances the load, prevents uneven stress.
👉Pack heavy items close to your back — stabilizes your center of mass.
👉Snug fit = better posture — keep the pack high, not dangling low.
