You know the bond is real when your RBT becomes birthday theme material 🤣 Our RBT, Steve, became the theme of our client's birthday party-and yes, it was as amazing as it sounds.

We’re talking custom Steve cupcakes, a full-blown “Steve” wig, and lots of laughs. If that’s not successful pairing, we don’t know what is. Moments like this say it all-the relationship goes way beyond sessions❤️

Last week, we celebrated RBT Appreciation Week by recognizing the incredible individuals who make such a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve every single day. Our RBTs are the heart of what we do, bringing patience, creativity, and joy into every session.

We’re proud to share that our very own COO, Jeanine Weichelt, will be stepping onto the stage as a co-panelist at this year’s CASP Conference in Las Vegas!🎉

She will be joining the panel “Expanding Upon the Evidence: Multi-Provider Evaluation of Treatment Intensity and Outcomes in Early Comprehensive ABA,” which brings together experts in the field to discuss how treatment intensity is being used in real-world settings and what the data is showing about outcomes in early ABA services.

From meeting Philadelphia Eagles players (go birds 😉), to zoo field trips, to hosting a table at Philadelphia Zoo’s Autism Acceptance Day 🤩 It was a full and very fun few days!

Autism Acceptance Month is always such a special time for us to be out in the community with our clients, their families, and our team. Moments like these are a great reminder of just how meaningful this work is every single day 💛
