Back after TWO WEEKS of 4 broken bones, thanks to my years of working out on Power Plate and Biodensity. Accident was a fluke, could not have been avoided, but recovery was one both Paoli and Bryn Mawr's highest surgical team has never seen anything like...Every surgeon crowded in the room in disbelief at the progress. I'm back and almost stronger than ever.

The 4, one time, (one rep) exercise of each move, done for 5 seconds (FULL OUT), each time.similar to Power Lifting, when you go full out, you don't need to do one more of each move. The design of the machine is to have each move generate maximum force due to the set up being in optimal.load position for osteogentic loading. Therefore, you do not get injured.
