DM “MOBILITY” for a FREE mobility routine

If you want a faster swing or more power behind the ball — you need more rotational mobility, not just strength.

Rotational athletes (golfers, baseball players, etc.) rely on the ability to rotate through the thoracic spine and hips — not just muscle their way through a swing.

But here’s the problem:

Most people skip rotational mobility work and wonder why they feel tight, inconsistent, or lose power in their swing.

These banded exercises are perfect for:

• Improving thoracic rotation
• Improving lower half stability while rotating
• Making your swing feel smoother and more powerful

Add these into your warm-ups or movement prep.

The more you can rotate, the more power you can generate. AND the more strength you can build in deeper ranges of motion!

GOLFER? BASEBALL OR TENNIS PLAYER? ⛳️⚾️🎾

Rotational power, mobility, and strength—built for athletes who need to twist, turn, and dominate…

If your sport requires powerful, controlled rotation (golf, baseball, tennis, hockey, etc.), you need more than just basic lifts.

You need exercises that develop strength, mobility, and power in the positions you actually use. Here’s how:

⚡ Landmine Rotate to Press → Develops explosive rotational power from the ground up, transferring force into your swing, shot, or throw.

🔄 1/2 Kneeling Band T-Spine Pull Aparts → Improves thoracic mobility & trunk control, helping you rotate fluidly and efficiently.

🏋️‍♂️ Rotational Lunge → Builds lower body strength in the transverse plane, teaching your legs to generate force in the same angles you move in sport.

Don’t just lift—train for your game.

5 Key Movements To Build Strength & Explosiveness

- Single Leg RDL
- Trap Bar Deadlift
- Landmine/Goblet Squat
- Pull-up ISO Hold
- Push-ups

Do the basics well.

Whether training athletes or “gen-pop,” doing the simple movements at an elite level yields results.

By using core training principles and exercises, the athlete can learn movements well through repetition. They can load these movements over time. And thus see tremendous success in their strength and explosiveness.

You can still challenge yourself with the basics.

It’s fun to do fancy drills that look cool. They might even get more clicks and views on social media.

But at the end of the day, it’s about getting results.

And to get results you need a measurable, actionable plan that you can commit to over time.
