Setting up for reiki in the salt room! Our salt room is known for halotherapy sessions in the salt cabin, but it's also hosted:

This practice is an amazing complement to bodywork, and also a powerful modality on its own. We love exploring the mind body connection in our space and encourage all our clients to try a new modality or practitioner when they can. Happy Solstice! As the days start to get a little longer and lighter, we are looking forward to excellent things ahead, starting with this Creativity Flow: Yoga & Vision Board Workshop!

Join us and for gentle movement and guided meditation to inspire creativity through the mind body connection. All bodies and abilities are welcome to gather for practice, then express that inspiration through journaling and vision board assembly.
