Happy Monday!
I just wanted to share some of my favorite go-to books for helping/healing the body naturally.
Herbs, oils, certain foods, breath work, meditation, exercise, grounding work, and massage are just few things I use regularly to keep my body happy and healthy. I am not saying that Western medicine is never an answer, but I prefer to try these remedies first since they generally have none or very few side effects.
