Today, our King of Prussia District honey bees received a visit from our Alvéole beekeeper so they could collect some samples to send out to the Penn State Honey & Pollen Diagnostic Lab at the Center for Pollinator Research! Not only do our bees work their little buzzers off every single day maintaining and growing their hive, they also contribute to vital research!

Yesterday, Montgomery County, PA Commissioners joined business leaders, transit advocates and labor representatives at the King of Prussia Transit Center to sound the alarm on the devastating economic consequences of SEPTA’s proposed service cuts.

Our President & CEO, Eric Goldstein, was proud to stand alongside regional leaders to advocate for reliable, accessible transit—a vital lifeline for our economy, not a luxury.

The proposed elimination of dozens of bus routes and reduced rail service would cut off access to jobs, stall economic momentum and severely impact both businesses and workers across Southeastern PA, a region that generates 38% ($15.5B) of Pennsylvania’s General Fund tax revenues.

King of Prussia’s Transit Center is one of many hubs that would be directly affected, threatening mobility for thousands of people who power our local economy.

📢 The message from yesterday’s press conference was clear: Transit fuels progress and we cannot afford to fall behind.
