Happy Halloween! 🎃

Don’t toss those seeds!

Pumpkin seeds are very nutrition- high in zinc, magnesium, and iron, are great for gut health!

Mix with spices of choice. I used cumin, chili, salt, paprika, steak seasoning and mixed with 2 tbs coconut oil.

Air fry on 400 for 18-20 min 👌

Happy snacking 👻
