Today, we celebrated North Carolina’s 236th birthday in the sweetest (and most delicious!) way. Our residents enjoyed a fun tribute to the Tar Heel State with some of our favorite NC-made goodies — fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Pepsi, and Cheerwine.

Honoring Our Veterans

We proudly honored our veterans with a special program led by the South Stokes High School Marine Corps JROTC Cadets. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a delicious meal together, followed by a wonderful musical performance that made the day even more special.
It was a heartfelt celebration of service, gratitude, and community. ❤️💙

Cooler Days, Warmer Hearts 🍲💙

As the temperatures drop, there’s nothing quite like the comfort of warm, homemade food to make the day cozy. Our residents filled the air with delicious aromas as they made homemade chicken noodle soup, and together with our dear friends Sandra and Joann, they baked a sweet blueberry cobbler fresh from the oven. Comfort food and good company — the perfect recipe for a chilly day!
