On Sunday, March 15th, we had the grand opening of our newly renovated TV Room here at Rose Tara.
Our resident are so excited and certainly enjoying the new look. The room is filled with pictures from the past, along with a caregiver’s pledge.
This room was renovated in honor of a resident, Patricia Scippio, who passed away last year. The residents named the room “Scippio’s Friendship Corner” to honor her.
All of this was made possible through the generosity of Ms. Scippio’s family: George, Regina, and James Crawford. We are so appreciative of the generosity they have shown to our residents.
Families have and remain a huge part of Rose Tara. We appreciate the kindness and support of them all.
We also want to thank our own Tim Hiatt for all the hard work and time he spent ensuring the room was a success; plus, he had to listen to 5 women telling him what to do!
