ABOUT ME:

I’m a lifelong Kingfisher resident who has built my career around serving others. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from UCO in 2006 and have dedicated 20 years of service as a Registered Nurse to Mercy Hospital Kingfisher, caring for the very community that raised me.

In 2016, I chose to expand my impact beyond traditional healthcare by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. My passion for holistic wellness continued to grow, leading me to advanced studies in Thai Yoga Bodywork in 2022, followed by completion of a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. Through these accomplishments, I became a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and a Level I and II Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner.

Each step of training deepened my appreciation for the remarkable capabilities of the human body and ultimately inspired me to pursue massage therapy school in 2025. I graduated that same year from Mindful Massage Academy and now practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist under my business, Back in Action.

My diverse background provides me with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, pain management, and overall wellness. I offer personalized, targeted care for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, wanting to improve mobility, or those simply seeking relaxation. Whether working with athletes, individuals with mobility challenges, or those in need of therapeutic relief, I ensure a safe, effective, and customized experience tailored to each client’s needs, and am hopeful to continue to serve my community for years to come.

I’m going WAY out of my comfort zone here, so things are gonna look and possibly sound MESSY, but I created a YouTube channel so clients will have video references of the instructions I give after massage or bodywork sessions.

Let’s be real—after a long session you might feel pretty tired, relaxed, or even a little “massage drunk,” so it’s easy to forget some of the things we talk about at the end.
