I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Level II Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, & 500 Hr Certified Yoga Instructor with a 20 year background as a Registered Nurse.

2025 was beautiful!! I’m so thankful for all that I learned at Mindful Massage Academy and for all my clients who trust and support me!! I’ve gained over 120 clients in 2025, and words really can’t express my surprise and gratitude!! Thank you so much for walking alongside me in this journey!! It truly means the world to me. ✨💆🏻‍♀️

Expanded my massage toolkit today with Manual Lymphatic Drainage training and certification with Faith Elizabeth LMT. Excited to support my clients with even more gentle, effective therapeutic options!! 💆🏻‍♀️✨ Will be offering soon after some practice runs!!

I attended my very first American Massage Therapy Association - AMTA national convention in Dallas as a new massage therapist! I had the best time and left with lots of goodies for myself and my clients!! 💆🏻‍♀️✨
