Occasionally, ending relationships with clients can be a difficult task. As a cleaner, I invest significant effort and dedication into my work, and if I have a relatively new client who appears dissatisfied, questions my cleaning methods and questions my pricing, I must consider terminating our relationship. I need to acknowledge as a small business owner that not every client will be an ideal match, and that is acceptable.
Today's a frustrating day most definitely!
