Announcement: Closing of Aspire Medical Centers
Dear valued patients and staff,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that our medical clinic will no longer be seeing patients after February 24, 2023. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to many of you, and we want you to know that this decision was not made lightly.
Over the years, we have had the honor of providing medical care to the community and have developed meaningful relationships with many of our patients and staff. We are grateful for the trust and support that you have given us throughout the years.
We want to assure you that our top priority is making this transition as smooth as possible for our patients and staff. We are committed to ensuring that your medical needs are met during this transition period.
We understand that many of you may need access to your medical records. To obtain access to the patient portal (and thereby access to your records), please contact us at info@aspiremedicalcenters.com. Please provide your DOB and full name as well as the email address used when you initially registered as a patient.
Once again, we would like to express our regret that we will no longer be able to provide medical care to our community. We wish you all the best for your future health and well-being.
