Whether residents stay for weeks or years, the quality of care provided remains unchanged. Built in 2017, the facility was constructed to offer families in the Kingman and surrounding areas an alternative assisted living solution. The model was acquired in 2023, forming The W Place. Under the ownership and management of Jennilee Loehr (Wedman), RN, this Home Plus model is a reflection of two decades committed to the medical field. The staff’s medical expertise and support compliment the business’ passion for family care. The W Place is dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and physical needs of each resident. Designed to provide support through all stages, this Home Plus facility personalizes care for each resident’s needs. As an extension of each resident’s family, the staff strives to create an environment of safety and comfort.

The Wedman family takes great pride in devoting their professions to serving rural health care. With all three daughters pursuing careers as RNs, the trio has experience spanning from clinical, education, special needs, hospital, long-term and wound care. This passion for serving others is far from coincidental, but more so highly influenced by patriarch Stan Wedman, PA. Aspiring to be your own boss in healthcare means setting your own standards for care - a goal Stan has encouraged for his family. The W Place is named in dedication of this multigenerational vocation and a reflection of their unmatched expectations.
