How Monday feels when you know you’re going to take care of yourself and go to yoga after work ✨

Carve out time and reap the benefits.
Yoga is so much more than the physical aspect.
It’s a hug for our nervous system so we can respond vs react.
It’s space and time to travel inward— to connect and heal.
It’s learning how to support yourself and working with your body— not against it.
It’s whatever you want it to be, because this is your practice.

✨ tune into what aligns with your wants/needs

3. Being too hard on yourself
✨give yourself grace. Dust yourself off and pick yourself back up when you need to.

4. Allowing things that no longer serve to stay for too long.
✨ let go, and let go again when things have served their purpose but no longer align.
