✨ Seeing the Light in Yourself ✨
We all carry light within us—strengths, gifts, truths that shine even when we don’t notice them. But just as every sunrise casts a shadow, every person has places within themselves that feel darker, heavier, or uncertain.
Having shadows doesn’t make you broken. It makes you human.
Your light isn’t meant to erase your darkness; it’s meant to help you navigate it.
And this is where yoga becomes such a powerful guide. On the mat, you learn to meet both your light and your shadows with presence instead of judgment. Each breath invites you to soften into the parts of yourself you’ve resisted. Each posture shows you where you’re strong, where you’re tender, and where you’re still growing. Yoga doesn’t ask you to be perfect—it simply asks you to show up. In that space of mindful movement and stillness, you begin to see yourself more clearly, to hold your darkness with compassion, and to let your inner light rise naturally from within.
