The newest craze in supplements is Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD). Little is known about the efficacy of claims surrounding NAD such as, "it helps with energy", or "aging" or "inflammation".
It comes in IV form, injection, or oral form.
In fact, NAD is found naturally in every cell in our body. It's B3. There are lots of TikTok videos and other health care providers advertising this product. While, in fact none of their claims have been proven on humans.

Be very careful about what you put in your body.

As I see injections advertised on some health care web sites, I'm encouraging my patients to read about vitamins and supplements. Vit d3 should not just be randomly injected into consumers. Most people consume enough Vitamin d in your diet. Too much vitamin D can be dangerous and can elevate calcium. Go to a reputable site such as mayo clinic. Cleveland clinic. Please don't believe everything posted by some clinics as "it's a good thing". Vit d can interfere with many medications. Spend time reading the facts. You dont need Vitamin D for energy unless you know your Vitamin d is low. If it's low it's also available by prescription and effective.
As a provider we want you to be aware that not all vitamins are necessary and in fact can be dangerous.
Please share with friends and family. Vitamin D injections should only be given AFTER verifying you level is low, otherwise you can become toxic.

Please share. I hope our community is aware that weight loss, when needed, improves overall health and well being. Most providers in Kingman are using Strive pharmacy for weight loss injections, in Gilbert, Arizona. A primary care provider can write you a prescription or call in prescription. The pharmacy delivers to your door and you pay them direct. This is what our practice does for our patients. We want you to achieve your goal and if saving you money helps then it's a win win. This is a service we provide all our patients without charging you.
