DHCC is a 102 Bed Medicare Certified short term rehab and long term care Facility Providing 24/7/365 Certified Nursing Care Licensed by the State Of AZ. We provide a safe, secure and cozy home-like environment with private and semi-private rooms. We are staffed with nursing professionals 24 hours a day and strive for the best clinical care for our residents. We also offer multi-denominational religious services, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy services, as well as Beauty and Barber services. We take exceptional care in preparing meals based on individual needs with monthly nutritional consultations.
