Before I started my yoga journey (14 years ago), I struggled with wrist pain often.⏰ I loved yoga from the get go unfortunately that wrist pain just increased with each class.😫But during one of the classes, my mentor gmtricamo stepped us through these placements ✨
And voila🪄 that wrist pain all but vanished!

(⚠️ getting a little cliche⚠️)

Occasionally we burn incense in the studio (rarely ever during class). These two have been the go to since I found them at The Sacred Soap Shoppe & Hilltop Holistic Wellness Center 🕯️
