Welcome to The Sanctuary - a wellness center located in the beautiful and serene North Lake Tahoe area. Our vision is to provide a space for people to come together, connect, heal, unwind and rebuild. We offer a full range of services and experiences including yoga, massage therapy, acupuncture, counseling services, workshops and more. At The Sanctuary we believe yoga is for everyone - individuals of all fitness levels. Our team of certified teachers lead safe, compassionate, inspiring and skillful classes that restore the mind and body. Enjoy the ultimate mind/body experience from one of our highly trained and professional massage therapists. Each client's needs are addressed in an individualized session, ranging from deep tissue and sports therapy, to relaxation and aromatherapy. Add our Himalayan hot stones to your session for an extra special experience ! We also offer acupuncture, cupping, reiki, and other techniques to improve your overall well being. For many, the transformation begins with their very first massage, class, or treatment. From there, the positive effects ripple out into every facet of their lives.
