I am the only one who gets to decide who I am.

I get to decide what I do with my time.
I get to decide where my energy goes.
I get to pour this love into myself.
I get to decide that I am worthy.
And no one can take that away.

I wake up and I want to be her.

The version of me I see in my head.

Who’s stopping me?
Who’s stopping me besides me?

Who’s stopping me besides the words in my own head.

The words I used to tell myself.

Those words don’t live here anymore.
That girl doesn’t live here anymore.

I get to be her because I have put in the work.
I put in the consistency.
I put in the time and the effort to become her.

And I will continue to do so for her every single day.

I deserve to show off the Goddess within.

My flame is afire baby. 🔥

Being the one who gets to hold space for you is the highest honor. Getting to watch as the armor falls off, the walls come crumbling down and the mask gets removed is the greatest blessing. You don’t have to try, you dont have to impress, you don’t have to DO anythung. Just simply BE. Be a human. Be yourself. Be uniquely YOU. Breathe. Allow what is coming up to come up and out to be cleared. Remeber who you are. Harness your own power. The power of healing is in your own breath.

How long has it been since you allowed yourself to fully feel your emotions?

Whatever they are, whatever wants to come up. In our society it’s so Normal to push them down. Don’t feel that. I don’t have time right now. Keep composure. Keep a straight face. Don’t let anyone know. Don’t let anyone in.

When In reality our body’s natural intelligence is to FEEL. When we come into this world as babies we express. We let out a cry. A laugh. A fart (literally) whenever we need to. Babies don’t hold themselves back from expressing what they’re feeling. Because to express is to ex-press. Is to allow the pressure of the emotion to leave the body. And then feel better.

Emotions and feelings stored over time turn our body into a pressure cooker until eventually the pressure has to go somewhere. And it usually ends up all over the people we love and are close to. Because eventually the valve is going to release the excess pressure anyway it can. Yelling, screaming, crying.

But also the good emotions too! When’s the last time you had a really good belly laugh? Laughing so hard you snorted and laughed even more.

If we cut ourselves off from the negative emotions we are also cutting ourselves off from the good emotions too! Pleasure, happiness, bliss and joy! To feel one is to feel the other. We are human beings designed to feel every range of emotion there is.

So let yourself feel. Truly feel. And allow yourself to be seen in your humanity. It may give someone else permission to go the same. There is no shame in feeling. It’s how our bodies are designed to be and how we enter this world.

Faith is believing in something even when we can’t see it. It’s believing in our own vision so completely that we can’t give up. Even when we aren’t seeing results every day, even when we are tired and want to just stop. If we persevere even when times get rough, if we push through and Keep believing, if we keep striving we will be exponentially rewarded for our faith. Trust in yourself beyond all odds. If God gave you the vision it’s there for a reason TRUST it. Believe in your abilities. And never give up.
