Sometimes yoga is just one pose. Sometimes it’s crashing out for 10 minutes with your dog just laying on the floor, breathing and allowing space for the critical thoughts to stop. Sometimes it’s feeling the emotion until it passes and Waiting until you feel like you again. Sometimes it’s riding the wave until it settles. You don’t need an hour. Sometimes You just need 10 minutes to be in your body. 10 minutes in a quiet room to be still and settle. It’s amazing what can shift. Actual time of the original video 9:26.

Blessed 😇 Grateful ☺️ A more intimate look into myself and my business. The one caveat I would add to this article is that my struggles have also taught me when it is time to ask for help.
