Last week I spent my birthday supporting a family awaiting the arrival of their littlest love 🩵 Baby decided to take his time and come a day later and have a birthday all to his own! Mom and Dad were absolute ROCKSTARS throughout the long labor process ✨ I am so lucky to have been a member of their team 🥰

Another day, and another birth! I absolutely LOVE walking along side my clients and watching them cross that finish line to welcome their littlest love! Today was a constant reminder that birth is unpredictable, but it does not have to be scary! And that there is no one “right way”to have a baby! I am so proud of this mom and dad for remaining calm amongst all the change and trusting me throughout the process 🥰The fresh baby snuggles were just an added bonus 🩵👶🏻

2026 is off to a fast and furious start which included welcoming 5 baby BOYS in a row! I am so incredibly proud of each of these families for making the hard decisions and trusting in themselves. Birth is not an individual sport, and I am so incredibly thankful to have been a part of your teams 🩵🤍

Wow! What an amazing year of doing what makes my heart happy! 2025 was a year of growth, learning, and 25 AMAZING families 🤍✨ I am forever grateful to those who welcomed me into their birth space and allowed me to be a member of their team! I couldn’t have navigated this past year without my amazing partner ☺️ However, just like birth plans, life changes. And that’s okay! As I head into 2026, I’m excited to support my remaining families with Suburban Family Doulas and then fully join the amazing team at and continue to help and guide expectant families as they prepare to welcome their littlest loves 👶🏻🤍 I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!!

Wrapping up 2025 babies with a marathon induction! The vibe was the perfect way to end an exciting birth year complete with twinkle lights, Christmas music and even a fireplace streaming on the TV ♥️💚! I am so so proud of mom and dad for working together, advocating for their needs and making hard decisions. You were ROCKSTARS! ✨ I am so honored to have been a part of your team! Now the question is, will anymore babies try to sneak into 2025?! Only time will tell!
