White Oak of Kings Mountain provides long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation, and memory care in our designated secure unit.

White Oak of Kings Mountain is a 154 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located across the street from Carolinas Healthcare System Kings Mountain. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Additionally, we provide memory care in our designated secure unit, Alley’s Cove. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Kings Mountain is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Our ladies had a special "self-care" night. Our Spa Night was a dream! Our ladies were first treated to a catered meal from Italian Garden in Kings Mountain and then they had facials and massages courtesy of the CNA students and their instructors (Katie Swaney & Terri Steele) along with the activity department. We want to give a special thank you to Carley Med Spa of Kings Mountain for donating their time and talents to do hand massages for our residents. No girls night is complete without a movie so those who wanted to stick around had a movie night as well! 💅🧖‍♀️🎥

🚨 Car Show Postponed 🚨
We regret to announce that the White Oak Manor–Kings Mountain Car Show originally scheduled for Saturday, July 26th from 10AM–3PM has been postponed due to extreme heat in the forecast.

With heat indexes expected to reach the mid to upper 100s, the health and safety of our residents, staff, and community must come first. 🧡

We appreciate your understanding and will announce a new date soon—stay tuned! 🗓️ Until then, stay cool and stay safe! ☀️🥤

We are a family at White Oak and this is shown through many ways. Today our amazing Staff Development Coordinator, Zach and our Maintenance Team, David and Junior, worked together to make a traditional Fourth of July Cookout for our residents and staff. The food was amazing and definitely prepared with love! Zach also coordinated our afternoon activity which was a virtual fire works display complete with confetti poppers! We had so much fun we didn’t get to take any pictures! We hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th of July!

Our residents in Ally's Cove have been hard at work in their garden. They are starting to see the fruits of their labor now. Look at these yummy tomatoes and cucumbers they have grown! 🍅🥒

Tonight is the night! Come join us tonight, Friday, June 20th for a family Bingo night! You may pay at the door or in person via cash, check, Cash App or Venmo. This is a Fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association for "The Longest Day."
Even if you cannot make it to our game you may also make a donation if you feel led. We will have a pizza dinner before our game starts.
