White Oak of Kings Mountain provides long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation, and memory care in our designated secure unit.

White Oak of Kings Mountain is a 154 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located across the street from Carolinas Healthcare System Kings Mountain. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation. Additionally, we provide memory care in our designated secure unit, Alley’s Cove. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Kings Mountain is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Our day was filled with all things GREEN! The residents started with watching The Grinch on Tv and then ended the day with a Grinch Social filled with festive nachos and cheese, Grinch Dip, and Grinch Punch. We also had amazing cake pops from a bakery. Our staff were cheered on by our residents in a race to Create a Grinch!

Our residents and staff had an amazing time decorating their wheelchairs and walkers for the Holidays! We truly feel the spirit of the season this year!

Our residents have enjoyed going to Forest City to look at the Christmas lights. We are so happy to be able to provide this Holiday Cheer for them.

🇺🇸We had the privilege of honoring our Veterans on Veterans Day. We started with a Veterans Parade and had a party and a pinning for them.

Last week we were treated to a performance by Award Winning Artist Shellem Cline! He sang to our residents and told heartwarming stories. The residents sang along with familiar songs.

Our residents enjoyed a scenic drive to Crowders Mountain and back. They loved looking at the leaves and chatting.
