Today is one of those rare calendar moments where different faiths are holding something sacred at the same time — and I love that.
As a Jewish guy, when I hear “Passover / Pessach,” I think: liberation. Not just the history — but the inner practice. It’s the reminder that freedom isn’t only a destination… it’s a decision you make again and again. You leave what’s “tight” (that stuck place in your mind, your body, your habits), and you step into something cleaner, truer, lighter.
For Christians, Easter is about resurrection — the idea that what looks finished can become brand new. That after the dark, something rises. That transformation is real, and it can be radical.
And even beyond Judaism and Christianity, a lot of spiritual paths echo the same truth in their own language: renewal, forgiveness, awakening, returning to what matters. Different stories, similar heartbeat.
Here’s where I’ll coach you for a second — because this is the part that hits me every time:
Your body has “Passover” moments too.
Your nervous system has “Easter” moments too.
Sometimes you don’t need more discipline. You need release.
Sometimes you don’t need to push harder. You need to come back to alignment — physically, emotionally, spiritually.
So wherever you are today, ask yourself:
What do I need to leave behind to feel free again?
What part of me is ready to rise, even if it’s small?
Where can I choose presence over pressure?
Because the real miracle isn’t perfection.
It’s awareness.
It’s choosing your next step with intention.
Be the best you can be with the body you have — and the life you’re living right now.
Happy Easter to those celebrating. Chag Pesach Sameach to my people.
And for everyone: may you find your way back to your center.
