Save the date! We are hosting a holiday market/craft fair with local artisans to kick off the holiday season and support local small businesses this holiday season. We are still accepting vendor applications if you or someone you know is interested. Otherwise, come down for some shopping food, crafted coffees, music, raffles and merriment. Sunday, November 30th 12-4pm.

This week in the teacher spotlight is Lana Zimmet, ERYT500. Lana’s warm smile and graceful style make her classes feel like exactly what you need! She blends her dance background and her yoga knowledge seamlessly to craft beautiful and engaging practices week after week. Here are some of the things her students say about her classes:

First up on our teacher spotlight is Mary Kay Diehl! Mary Kay has been at Simplicity since the beginning! Read what some of her students have to say about her:

Mary Kay teaches hatha based open level class on Sunday morning at 9:30am, a beginner class on Mondays at 10:30 AM, and a stretch and mobility lab on zoom Wednesdays at 8 AM. Check out her classes and workshops and see why people love this teacher so much!
