Join us for a deeply supportive heart chakra, balancing session designed to bring gentle awareness, healing, and space to the tender experience of grief. Weather grief is fresh or carried quietly overtime, this immersive event offers a compassionate path to reconnect with your heart’s natural capacity for openness, love, and emotional flow. The heart chakra – the energetic center of love, compassion, and connection – is profoundly affected by grief. Loss can create heaviness, constriction, or a sense of emotional shutdown. When this chocolate is supported and balanced, we feel more peaceful, receptive, and able to give and receive love with greater ease. During this healing centered experience, you will: *experience, Gestalt inspired strategies for acknowledging, processing, and moving through grief.

I am so happy to announce that we are bringing Y12 to Simplicity. Yoga and 12 step recovery is a class that blends the spiritual practices of the 12 steps with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Beginning Monday, January 5th @ 7:30pm with Krystal Onorato Robinson, a registered Y12 teacher and RYT200 recent graduate of the Simplicity Yoga Teacher Training Institute. Another fantastic craft night in the books thanks to Jeanann Travers and Pop Up Art Studios. We made beautiful crescent moon wreaths and had a fun time eating, drinking, and enjoying the company of great friends. Join us this Sunday for one more craft night this December where we will be making holiday wine glasses to keep or gift! Simplicity turns 16 today! 🎉 I always celebrate this day and remember not only day 1 and everyone who was there, but all the people and phases this place has been through over the last 16 years! I can’t believe it and I’m so grateful. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our story and thank you for building this amazing community together. Thank you especially to my incredible staff of the most talented and compassionate group of women I know. They put their heart and soul into every class they teach and their students know it! Let’s make this upcoming year the best one yet!! ❤️ ❤️🙏
