Puppy yoga tonight 🐶 with the incredible folks from “Hope for Cleo” - a Smithtown based rescue that brought the cutest puppies (all up for adoption) to the studio tonight to brighten our practice and remind us how healing it is to work with animals or even take one home if your family is ready for a new family member. Please check them out tomorrow at Kings Park Day where they will have a booth with some cuties there for adoption. And a big thank you to Melissa Roca for leading our puppy yoga. It was the cutest night the studio has ever seen 😍 ❤️
