Meet our Spotlight Employee for the month of February..... Kristin!
Kristin is the Payroll and Accounting Specialist for Sunny Days Great Lakes. She has been with the company for 15 years. She was born in Waukegan, Illinois but now currently lives in Kingsford, Michigan with her husband Derek. She has four children: Sierra, Daunte, Reece, Delaney and granddaughter, Stella. She also has two Cavalier King Charles spaniels named Ruby and Millie. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, pontoon boat rides, hanging out with her friends and walking outdoors. Her favorite kind of food is pizza and salad, her favorite music is 70's and country, and her favorite movie is The Notebook and It's a Wonderful Life. A fun fact about Kristin is she is Chicago Bears and Chicago Blackhawks fan!
Kristin's favorite part about working at Sunny Days is the people she works with because they are more than just her coworkers, they are her dear friends. Her advice to new employees is to ask questions, stay curious, and remember that you succeed by supporting one another. Kristin's favorite company memory is traveling to Pittsburgh for the Budget Summit. Her life mantra is, "If it's meant to be, it will be." Thank you, Kristin, for all that you do!
