A lot of people don’t realize how much tightness builds up in the chest… until it starts pulling the shoulders forward and creating that constant tension in the neck and upper back.
This is a pin & stretch technique I use to help loosen up those areas that get stuck in a shortened position—especially if you’re at a desk a lot, driving, or working out without balancing things out.
It’s not just about “feeling tight”… it’s about things not moving as well as they should.
When we open this up, you’ll usually notice:
• Better posture
• Less tension in the neck/shoulders
• Easier breathing
• More freedom when lifting or reaching
