Midweek “aRm CaRe” for hits different when it’s district tourney time. ⚾️
This isn’t bands and vibes… this is how Clinical Baseball Specialists at Tri Star keep RHPs on the mound when everyone else is breaking down.
We run it like this:
→ TruStrength ER:IR testing to see what your shoulder actually has left (not guessing)
→ T-spine mobility (unloaded → loaded) to unlock rotation without stealing from the arm
→ Voltra → rotations (fast) using a French contrast flow to build power without frying you
→ Plank walkouts + 1-arm negative incline push-ups to lock in shoulder stability while managing fatigue
→ Not pictured: every week = UCL armor. Non-negotiable.
In-season arm care isn’t about doing more… it’s about doing the right things at the right dose so you can still shove when it matters.
If your arm feels cooked, tight, or just not popping like it should right now… don’t ignore it.
