120 mins - $150

Ask about hot stone, prenatal, and infant massages, as well as traditional occupational therapy visits. Heat modalities, cupping, microcurrent, taping, and other treatment modalities available. Dry brushing, aromatherapy, and other add ons available.

With a genuine passion for therapeutic bodywork, Adam Sutton, LMT is a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist committed to delivering highly personalized care rooted in both clinical precision and attentive listening. A 2025 top-of-class graduate of Reflections of Health School of Massage, Adam approaches each session with a strong emphasis on thorough client consultation, taking the time to deeply understand every individual’s unique concerns, goals, and physical patterns. He carefully documents each session to ensure progressive, efficient treatment and long-term results.

Blending restorative relaxation with focused therapeutic techniques, Adam’s work goes beyond temporary relief—striving not only to ease tension and discomfort, but to identify and address the underlying source of pain whenever possible. His goal is to help clients improve their overall quality of life through intentional, results-driven massage therapy that promotes both physical wellness and lasting relief.
