This patient is a timeless beauty. When I see her, I’m reminded of that classic elegance you’d see in old Hollywood…the kind of beauty that never tries too hard.
For her treatment, we focused on the lower face. We made a very subtle enhancement to the lips, just enough to restore softness and balance. She also had a strong mentalis muscle, so we used Dysport to relax the chin and smooth the animation in that area.
At follow-up, we refined the chin using a structural Restylane filler to gently feminize the shape, adding a touch of projection and a bit of length to improve overall balance. We also camouflaged the early pre-jowl area with structural support along the anterior jawline.
Nothing dramatic, just planned out adjustments in the right places.
And when you step back and look at the overall change… it’s simply beautiful.
