Kim Pickle
Ms Pickel serves as Facility Director and manages the administrative aspects of KFRA operations. Additionally, Kim serves as a direct liaison between our clients and their pharmacy providers. Her logistical expertise keeps things running smoothly at KFRA.

Medical Director
Richard Neubert MD

Dr Neubert has served for 8 years as a board-certified addictionologist and brings over 22 years of experience in medical practice to Kingsport Family Recovery Associates. As Medical Director, he has steered the medical and counseling services provided to our patients toward a more comprehensive approach employing a wide variety of community resource providers as well as the faith-based programs guided by Dr Holcomb. Regarding the services offered at KFRA, Dr Neubert states, "Our patients often tell me how helpful medication-assisted treatment is to them as they continue in their recovery efforts. However, over the past year many have shared that the turn to a genuinely Christ-centered model has bolstered their recovery experience and has helped them to find a new strength and a new hope as they continue the process of managing their addictive disease. It pleases me greatly to see so many wonderful things happening here at KFRA!"
