Our office proudly congratulates this year’s Dr. Frank Oglesby Vision Source Scholarship recipient, Braiden Miller. We are so excited to celebrate his achievement and all that lies ahead. Here are a few words from our newest graduate!

After graduation, I plan to focus on gaining as much experience as possible in the logistics and supply chain field. Over the next five years, I intend to pursue several professional certifications, including the CSCP, PMP, CLT/CPIM, SCPro Levels 1–3, and Lean Six Sigma (which I am currently working toward through JAG). These certifications will strengthen my knowledge base and enhance my qualifications for future leadership roles.

In addition to earning these credentials, I will actively seek internships and hands-on opportunities to build practical experience with the systems, technologies, and skills required in the industry. During this time, I also plan to attend ETSU, where I will study supply chain management with a concentration in leadership.

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Vision Source Exchange Conference in Nashville with Frank and some members of his team. I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by a group that’s committed to growth and continuous learning.

Their enthusiasm—Frank included—for what they learned is contagious, and it’s exciting to see their eagerness to put new ideas into action to enhance the patient experience.

What a week! A big shoutout to Galaxy Pizza & Arcade, in downtown Kingsport, for being the perfect spot for food, fun, and fellowship. From great pizza to some seriously competitive games, it was a hit all around!

And yes… for those wondering—anyone who managed to beat Dr. Oglesby is still employed 😄 and needs to be at work tomorrow!

Next week is THE week and we cannot wait to celebrate Frank's incredible office staff! 🎉

The fun has already begun… when they arrived at work today, they discovered another clue waiting for them! 👀 A poem led to a puzzle, which revealed yet another poem… and to top it off, mystery-flavored suckers were part of the surprise! 🍭

It’s the week before “The Week,” and we surprised our staff with a special lunch—complete with a fun clue for next week’s mystery theme! 🕵️‍♀️✨

Huge shoutout to The Wired Whisk for catering an amazing spread featuring a baked potato bar, fresh salad, and delicious dessert. Everything was fantastic, and as always, they were an absolute pleasure to work with!
