I love being part of something bigger! I had the privilege to help with these kids when our region was turned upside down by hurricane Helene last fall. I know these kids were a blessing in Texas!

Thank you to the amazing Wellness Advocates who joined forces to distribute 72-Hour Emergency Relief Hygiene Kits following the flooding in Texas last month. Through the combined efforts of 31 Wellness Advocates, 3,750 kits were distributed to families and communities in need.

Confession. 🫣 I don’t post on here as often as I should! The truth is I help people with their health every day. There are a couple of basic things I have people start with if they are just getting started with natural health!

Are you willing to do a 2 minute daily routine to help your energy, sleep, focus, stress, gut health, and discomfort? 🤔 Perhaps you need help with your blood pressure or resting heart rate! Even if you think hope is bleek due to a scary diagnosis, by starting a simple daily routine toward health can easily tip the scale working toward wellness rather than trying to run from symptom to symptom!

Diffusing pure essential oils can lift your mood while creating a healthier environment around you!

Unless you are using pure beeswax candles with pure essential oils, burning candles can be harmful to your health due to all of the additives and synthetic fragrances. I won’t even start on toxin plug ins. 😩🫣
