We are looking for a skilled maintenance personnel for 2 apartment complexes in Gray/Johnson City, TN area consist of 163 units combined!
Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required for these occupations. Skills needed in plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, flooring, drywall repairs, appliance repairs, etc.

Duties include:
· Fulfilling routine work orders
· Performing unit turns
· Providing interior and exterior maintenance
· HVAC repair and installation including replacing condensers, condenser units (preferred)
· Plumbing troubleshooting and repair
· Pool maintenance
· Electrical
· Painting

Requirements
· Work 40 hours a week from 8:30a to 5:30p M-F
· Overtime and weekend work when necessary
· Must be on call
· Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools
· Be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, grasp, climb ladders
· Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs
· Must be able to frequently lift/move greater than 50lbs with assistance
· Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods
· Must possess own tools
· Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
