Our Story

When my pet passed away my wife and I had to drive 45 minutes away to get a truly private cremation with same day service. There wasn’t a lot of urn options and limited office hours. It was that day I realized I wanted to help others and offer better service. So I created Petcare the way a grieving pet owner would want with all the loving attentive care, open 24x7, lots of keepsake options and a dignified way to transport peoples beloved pets instead of the back of a pickup truck (yeah i was shocked to learn too, one place actually does that). I hand picked animal lovers like me to join the team and help care for the hardest day a pet owner faces. We are here for you 423-299-0915 when you need us. We humbly serve all of East TN and Southwest VA.
