This specialty class is designed to make twists and binds feel possible for each unique body through exploration of fine nuances in rotating the spine and shoulder opening. We will delve into anatomy, specific technique with step-by-step progressions, the use of props and straps, personalized feedback, and optional hands-on assists. This 75-minute yoga practice encompasses targeted strength training, flexibility training with stretches and myofascial release using RADroller tools, and practice of yoga binds and twists. We will also explore unique modifications for mobilizing joints, progress through a practice from beginner bind and twist technique to advanced options for poses including arm balances involving deep twists. ⭐️

This class starts with a strength focused warm up followed by flexibility training with myofascial release and stretching to mobilize the spine and shoulders. We will then breakdown step-by-step technique for binds and twists followed by practice. Feedback and individualized modifications will be available to further your practice. ⭐️
