Happy to our dedicated Social Services Director, Chandra Stout! 💙

Chandra is a devoted mother of three precious boys who has spent her life rooted in the medical field. Over the past three years, she has expanded that calling into social work after graduating, continuing to advocate for those who need it most.

She is especially committed to supporting children and the elderly—individuals who are often unheard but deserve to be amplified with compassion and strength.

Making a meaningful, positive difference in people’s lives has always been at the heart of who Chandra is. Whether through patient care or social advocacy, she brings empathy, understanding, and action to every situation.

We are so grateful for the incredible impact she makes each day at The Waters of Kingsport. 💙
