*Long post* As some of you may already know, my husband had some health issues back in February that we are still navigating. As a result, I have only done one in person event and have not scheduled any classes. In the past couple of weeks, I have had a significant impact on my ability to do classes and events. I have a complex meniscus tear in my left knee, which, combined with my bone on bone arthritis will require surgery. I am hoping to be able to be at the Sassafras Moon Herbal Festival in September.At this time, I will be focused on revamping the website, keeping stores stocked, and minimalizing any further damage to my knee until surgery is scheduled. I will still be taking orders and have friends and family who can help me get them packed. I'll keep you all posted about any changes that will affect processing times. I will not be taking custom orders until further notice. Thank you for being loyal customers.

Our Story

Handcrafted artisan soaps, candles and personal care products made in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Tennessee.

I am a Hippy at heart. I love nature and creating beautiful things that are good for the soul. I was started on this path by my wonderful best friend who introduced me to Aromatherapy in 1996. Soon after that, another friend gifted me a potted herb garden and introduced me to candle making. I was hooked! I love sharing what I have learned with others through workshops and encouraging others to explore essential oils and herbs. I am dedicated to sharing this knowledge with my daughter, Sage (whom this venture is named in part for). It is my hope that she will grow in her love of all things natural as well.

I am committed to providing high quality artisan soaps, candles, and handcrafted body care products. Unless otherwise listed (see our Goats Milk Soap), all of our skin care products are Vegetarian Friendly and Cruelty Free. My fragrance oils are Phthalate Free and Nitro Musk free (aka, no carcinogens). I use renewable candle waxes , some fragrance oils, essential oils, natural wicks, organic herbs and gentle soap ingredients from sustainable sources. I believe the more simple a product is made, the better it is for you and the environment.

We use flat rate shipping through USPS to save our customers money and to insure their purchases.
