It might look simple because it is.
But don’t underestimate the power of grounding yourself right where you stand.

This isn’t just a calming trick. It’s a signature move I use on stage, in boardrooms, classrooms, hospitals, and every facility I enter.

Because nervous systems are everywhere. And this gentle, discreet practice helps you regulate yours, without needing a yoga mat, a crystal, or a quiet room.

Heel on inhale.
Toe on exhale.
Repeat: “I’m on solid ground.”

I’ve seen it bring presence to panicked teens.
I’ve seen it re-center powerful executives.
I use it myself before I speak to a crowd.
