Our Story
Dr. King is native of East Tennessee and has practiced Pediatric Dentistry in Kingsport for over 30 years. He is married to the former Melinda Law of Maryville, Tennessee. The Kings have two sons. Dr. Grant King, who is pursuing a residency in Periodontics and Implantology, graduated in May of 2016, from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Reed, the King's youngest son, graduated in the spring of 2017, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center as well. Reed is a general dentist practicing in Asheville, North Carolina.
Dr. King is an avid fan of high school and college athletics, especially the University of Tennessee Volunteers. In his spare time, Dr. King enjoys biking, camping, hiking and fly fishing.
Dr. and Mrs. King are members of First Broad Street United Methodist Church in Kingsport where they are members of the Builders Class.
