Our residents enjoyed a lovely tea party at Baysmont House today with finger sandwiches, petite fours, pastries, and sweet fellowship. It was such a special afternoon filled with smiles, conversation, and wonderful bites!🫖🥪🍰

Our annual Bubbles & Blooms Brunch was yesterday, and what a beautiful day it turned out to be! 🌸🥂

Our dining team truly outdid themselves with an incredible spread—featuring favorites like fresh toast casserole, quiche, biscuits and gravy, and so many other delicious breakfast selections. The “bubbles” were flowing with a variety of flavored mimosas, including pineapple and cranberry for a fun twist on the classic!

We were also treated to a lovely performance by harpist Martha Painter, which added the perfect touch to the morning.

For the “blooms,” guests enjoyed creating their own custom bouquets with fresh stems and vases from local favorite Pickin' Petals Flower Farm—such a fun and special addition!

Thank you to everyone who joined us. It’s always so wonderful to see our friends—both new and familiar—and spend time together.

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful morning outing today for the return of our Breakfast in the Park series! 🌸☀️

We headed to Derrick Park in Church Hill where our Dining team prepared a delicious picnic-style breakfast for everyone to enjoy under the shelter. Afterward, residents took in the scenic river views, stretched their legs with a walk, and a few even brought out their playful side on the swings!

We also couldn’t help but notice a few lovebirds in the group—nothing sweeter than a romantic morning in the park shared together. 💕

Here’s to many more fun outings, fresh air, and special moments this season!

We had the BEST time kicking off our first outdoor social hour of the season in the courtyard! ☀️💃🕺

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful evening filled with music, laughter, and plenty of dancing — especially our sweet couples who stole the show out on the floor 💕

A huge thank you to entertainer Mike Thornton, who joined us all the way from Smyrna, TN, and kept the energy going all evening long 🎶

Nothing beats sunshine, good music, and great company. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 🌷

🌸🐰 Our Easter Celebration at Asbury Place 🐰🌸

We had such a special time celebrating Easter together! A heartfelt thank you to resident Judy Womack for leading this beautiful production, which included wonderful singing performances and even a special visit from the Easter Bunny.

We are so grateful for the talent and joy our residents bring to our community 💛

We had a wonderful time today at Baysmont House as Gail and Kristen from the Kingsport YMCA came to lead a chair exercise session for our residents! 💪✨

Their energy, encouragement, and kindness made such a positive impact—there were smiles all around and plenty of movement to go with it. Staying active is so important at every stage of life, and opportunities like this help support not only physical health, but also confidence, connection, and joy.

We are so grateful for community partners like Gail and Kristen who take the time to pour into our residents and make wellness fun and accessible. Thank you both for helping us keep moving and thriving! ❤️

Our residents truly brought the spirit of Easter to life with a heartwarming themed play filled with songs, hymns, and even a special visit from the Easter Bunny! We were thrilled to have a full house in attendance for such a joyful celebration.🐣🐰✝️🌷🌸

Following the performance, guests enjoyed a festive Easter social hour. Our dining team outdid themselves with beautiful fruit trays, delicious cheese balls, charcuterie boards, and a variety of hot appetizers. As always, wine was served, along with special touches like refreshing sangria and fresh fruit.

The event was made even more special with vibrant photos capturing residents and guests dressed in festive costumes and sparkling with Easter cheer!🐇💐

🌸🦋 March Birthday Celebration at Asbury Place!

There’s nothing better than celebrating another year surrounded by friends. Our residents gathered for singing, socializing, and a stunning butterfly birthday cake that made the afternoon extra special. Thank you to Nancy Knight for taking photos and helping us preserve these joyful moments together.
