A twist on my favorite turkey meatballs!! A touch of Curry sauce on the turkey meatballs. Over a brown rice and quinoa mix, with Brussels sprouts roasted in olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and pepper. Delicious, exotic flavors, filling, and healthy!!

Prepared, cooked and cleaned up in just about 1 hour! And I have have lots of leftovers and meatballs to freeze! Cooking healthy doesn’t have to be hard 😉

These have become very popular in the last 2 years. I caution you to think about what you are putting in your body, under the guise of “healthy” drinks. Not to say that you can’t ever enjoy one, but remember moderation is key! Take a moment to read this article about these loaded teas and “health” drinks. Here’s a quick excerpt and great point in general:

“As with any food, you should make a habit of reading the nutrition label or asking for a list of ingredients to understand what you're consuming. Especially foods that make health claims, like loaded teas.

If you purchase a loaded tea and the store refuses to tell you what's in the tea, you might want to put that drink down and walk away. Vagueness and omission aren't good signs when it comes to nutrition.”

Take the cryptic ingredients and health claims as warning signs.
