Join us in celebrating the shortest day of the year and the gradual return of the sun 💫☀️ We will have a traditional solstice spiral and an intention-setting practice with a fire out back, treats from Goodbye Earls Bakery, snacks, refreshments, and dancing! Theme is winter wonderland meets Alice in wonderland, whimsical and light. Dress however you’d like, but if you want more guidance, colors that are found in winter including a winter sunset are great—blues, pinks, purples, reds, white, black, evergreen (have fun with it!!) Kids are welcome!

We are so excited to collab with Emily to offer a new sound bath experience. We hope to see you there! ✨✨✨

Emily Sprang is a Nashville-based therapist and sound healer whose work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we slow down enough to listen inward. With a background in both counseling and music, she offers an
integrative approach that bridges psychology, spirituality, and sound.
Her sound baths are immersive and meditative experiences designed to help participants release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner world. Through vibration and frequency, Emily guides others from states of stress and overthinking into deep rest and embodied presence.
Her intention—whether through therapy or sound —is to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported in rediscovering their natural rhythm and wholeness.

Just a small 2024 recap of the humans that keep showing up at Alma and for each other in and outside the studio ✨

We celebrated everyday life through events and daily classes, singing for Silas to welcome him back after orthognathic surgery, welcoming new teachers and members with open arms, dancing in between sets (looking at you Steph), and asking “how ARE you?” and waiting for the answer.. Without you all, we wouldn’t exist in this space and in this capacity. We can’t say enough how incredibly thankful we are that you choose to move your body with us and support this little community business. We hope we help you as you help us ❤️

So excited for this next year of learning and growing and getting stronger together!! 2025–Let’s get this bread (literally and figuratively, we love all kinds of bread)
