Please join us at our center on Saturday, February 8 at 2 PM for an extra special sound bath! A sound bath is a meditative experience where people lie down and listen to sound waves from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The sounds are intended to create a soothing effect and help people relax.

One of our most beloved and dedicated volunteers, Grace, is hosting this sound bath fundraiser for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Student Visionaries of the Year. This event is open to the public and is $25 per person - cash or check only. Checks can be made payable to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All money raised goes to the LLS. Zero gravity chairs, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided.
