Kingston Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Kingston Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a Bedrock Care facility, provides short-term post-acute rehabilitation as well as long-term skilled nursing care.

We are a full-service care center, open for admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, that brings a personal touch to your experience, no matter what services you require. We are proud members of the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association (PHCA).
