Bliss is being able to grow your own food! I spent quite a bit of time pickling and jarring the goods. I made a ratatouille with eggplant summer & zucchini from the garden and pickled cucumbers we grew, cartots, onions, beans and even a few jalapeños for good measure. No gmo, no pesticides or chemicals, just delicious goodness from my backyard to my table and fridge. This of course wouldnt be possible without my hubby who built our raised garden beds and did all the heavy lifting - thank you! 🙏🏻
