Looking ahead😳

It has been a very busy 5 days for me and I have been reflecting on how much I truly love my work. Twenty-two years ago I graduated from DoveStar Holistic School with a certificate in Kriya Massage, Yoga & Reiki but along with that came a new view on life and how to treat both body and mind with not only how we feed the body , also how we feed our mind and how we speak to ourselves. Life happens on a moment to moment basis and it slips by so quickly. This body that I inhabit has been through the mill (as they say) and it is still loving life with all it's ups and downs. What I bring to life is not always great, but it is the truth for me in the moment. I am rambling now and this was a spur of the moment note. Notice how many times I said moment!! Just so that you know "I LOVE WHAT I DO AND DO WHAT I LOVE" And that's all she wrote 😉 Dee

Zucchini with oatmeal, I made it today!
