Finding balance in an ever changing world… Hello there. My name is Laura Edelman. I am a holistic teacher and practitioner.

Having a background in massage therapy, I have a vast knowledge of how the human body functions and moves. However, I was always fascinated by the part of us that we cannot see. I am a firm believer that disease and afflictions of our physical body begin in our energy field. After experiencing energy work firsthand in healing myself, I realized that this is how I want to help others. My greatest joy in this work is seeing people realize that they play a major role in their own healing. My intention is to give people the tools and the inner wisdom to feel balanced and whole again. The day I found Reiki and experienced the universal life force at another level, was the day my life changed. I knew at that moment that I am here on this earth to share and teach this simple and highly effective healing modality.

What the Fork?
Quantum Utensil Bending for Personal Growth and Evolution.

In this playful yet profound class, we’ll use a fork as a multidimensional tool for transformation. By engaging with it through a series of quantum healing techniques, we’ll explore the truth that we and all things exist in multiple dimensions, and that matter responds to energy, intention, and consciousness.

Yes, we’ll bend silverware (and it’s super fun!) but more importantly, we’ll bend reality.

This class is a powerful metaphor for healing. The spoon becomes a symbol of limitation, belief, and resistance. As it softens, twists, and yields, so too do our patterns, doubts, and old identities.

You’ll be guided through six quantum healing techniques, each one supporting both utensil bending and personal expansion.

These techniques can be used again and again in your healing practice for yourself, your clients, and even your environments. You’ll leave with new tools for manifestation, emotional release, and energy work that go far beyond the spoon.

💫 The message I received during my first experience with spoon bending was clear: our greatest strength is the choice to let go. When we surrender our need to control the outcome, drop our doubts, and trust the field of possibility…that’s when the magic happens.

I truly feel like a lot of what we see playing out in the world and in our lives right now is due to imprints or blockages in our cellular memory. The fear, the anger and yes, even the bigotry is in our DNA. I believe it gets passed down from generation to generation. We are being challenged to change right now. It’s getting uncomfortable, that’s how you know it’s time. Some will choose to stay where they are and some will continue to evolve, question themselves and release the shackles that are making them uncomfortable or even sick.

If you think of our energy field as a river, and the imprints (blocks) as a beaver damn then you can see how our life force energy can become still or even stagnant. Think of what a beaver damn does. The water gets murky. That creates a great habitat in the woods but when we’re talking about our life force energy, we want that clear and flowing free.

I’ve been contemplating getting rid of my hour long healing sessions for a while now. It’s never enough time to touch upon all of the cellular memory areas. 90 minutes is the perfect amount of time to help release guilt, distrust, shame, threat, judgement, betrayal, resentment, anger, powerlessness and fear from this lifetime and past lifetimes. Integrated Energy Therapy does this and alchemizes this energy into innocence, trust, confidence, support, freedom, love, forgiveness, ease and safety. After a single session you feel more clear and lighter.

I know It’s not considered smart business to drop your prices but I have been feeling called to offer my 90 minute sessions for $100 vs the $135 that I have been charging for years. I want to help more people heal themselves.

I also have one opening left for Basic IET this Saturday. It’s a very easy modality to learn and after the day you can give yourself and others healing sessions. I hope to see you in the yurt!
