Experience a Sound Healing Journey with Sabina!

Come lay down in a beautiful upstairs studio. And experience Sabina’s resonant work and your own inner landscape.

Using singing bowls, drum, vocals and other instruments she will take everyone on a journey.

Come join us!
When: May 18th 12:30pm-1:30pm, please arrive 15min EARLY, doors will close at the starting time

Where: 451 Main Street, Rosendale

Parking: Community lot, down the street behind Rosendale theater (about 5 min walk)

Bring: blanket, pillow and whatever you need to be comfortable [yoga mats or chairs are available for everyone], bringing a journal is also suggested!

I've done a lot of distance healing work with animals. Sometimes I get pictures and feelings from them that can help me and their people understand them better, but sometimes I'm just purely in the flow of the energy from place to place along the body or in the aura and nothing else presents. When an animal's person has questions I can't answer, I refer them to Dawn, an animal communicator right in Woodstock:

So often when we think of healing, we think of fixing something that's broken, helping a wound to close. I was reminded the other day that Reiki is also for expansion and growth. I worked with a vibrant woman in good health; she went into a very deep meditative state on the table. In her daily life she is a great doer, full of positive energy, working on many projects. I was privileged to help her access a part of her being that is beyond words, the deep place where her creative essence is synthesizing what she is learning in her projects now to move her forward into what will be next. I got to hold the space for her to bathe in that energy and help her return to ordinary consciousness deeply refreshed. How lucky am I?

I'm excited to be volunteering at the free community healthcare day offered by Holistic Health Community this afternoon. We'll be at the Lifebridge Sanctuary up on the mountain in Rosendale for the first time. Definitely expecting the experience to be elevated by the beautiful scenery and indoor spaces!
