We were all Irish today! ☘️ A traditional corned beef lunch was served in the dining room. Staff dressed like leprechauns and enjoyed Shamrock Shakes with the residents during our St. Patrick’s Day party this afternoon!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to have our second day of Resident & Staff Olympic Games in February as planned. We made up for it today though! Residents and staff partnered to complete in a series of challenges vying for the gold, silver and bronze medals. From stacking cup towers, to uncrumpling balls of paper, to a blindfolded game, the teamwork was tremendous! Being that it’s National Popcorn Lovers Day, we all celebrated the great sportsmanship with a bag of warm, buttery popcorn following our games! 🍿🥇

Residents on Rose Lane have been having a busy week. Thanks to their hard work, we have new centerpieces on the tables reflecting spring – which we’re all ready for! There has been a lot of art going on, puzzle building, and a trip to sing with the children at the library!
