• remind yourself of how far you've come.
• remember that nothing stays the same.
• lower expectations & just do what you can manage.
• search for the glimmers & let them calm you a little.
• be the person in this moment that you need.
• focus on what you can control.
• remember baby, baby steps are still steps.
• speak kind words to yourself, your body is listening.
• focus on what brings a little ease, repeat.
• we weren't made to do life alone, can you find a way to reach out & ask for help? ❤
